Message emitted – The plugin does not have a valid header.
Appears problem exists if https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-visual-editor-wysiwyg/ is already installed.
Fix is to deinstall https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-visual-editor-wysiwyg before installing Markdown Editor.
Nope. Still doesn’t work. No indication why.
