Keep the cooke bar

    Is there any solution to not hide cookie bar until people click on ‘Accept’ button. So if someone goes to settings and close the popup the bar should stay.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    The problem we have is that we need to create a cookie first before we can hide the cookie bar (otherwise we don’t know whether this user opted-in or out).
    So when a user does not opt-in but instead opens the pop-up and then just closes it, they are not giving us the consent to store the cookie > they simply closed the pop-up.

    So unfortunately we can’t do anything about this – it’s catch22 with Cookies and GDPR unfortunately!
