Keep first menu open

Nice menu! I see that you can over ride menu options such as autoclose and autoexpand at http://www.designchemical.com/lab/jquery-vertical-accordion-menu-plugin/options/

But is it possible to keep the top most accordion menu open all the time? Like using the first-child selector?
