Keep columns headers after import

Hello, Tobias, thank you for this great plugin.

Is there any way to keep the first row a table after importing new data?
I’m using the “Replace existing table” option because I don’t need the old data, but the names of the columns are on the first row and are edited in table editor. I want to preserve that row and not the one on the imported file.
