Keep Checkboxes Displayed

Is there an option to make the checkbox content visible even is they are not checked.

Basically, I would like all of the options and empty checkboxes visible always in the email. Then if a box is checked, that option just appears checked in the email.

This was clients can see what they selected in the email and all of the other services they did not select.
