Just Updated the Plugin and Got an Error?

I had the same problem. To disable the plugin: use a ftp programm such as Filezilla and go to wp-content/plugins. Rename the folder called ‘woocommerce-delivery-notes’ to, for example, ‘woocommerce-delivery-notes-old’

then, try to login into the wp-admin screen. You can restore the name to the old value, the plugin stays disabled.
