Just two small issues

The plugin works very well as intended, however I just found 2 issues on one of my websites:

1: WP Author plugin image was displayed full size (not the one cropped by the plugin).

2. The customizer displays a blank page. After deactivate the plugin it works, and then one can activate the plugin again.

The rest working pretty good.
