Just signed up; can’t log in

Hello! I just installed Word Press into my new website using vDeck. But when I try to log in to Word Press, it tells me that my username is incorrect. I tried reinstalling it, but I’m getting the same result. I also tried having my password sent to my email, but it doesn’t recognize my login name at all. How do I fix my account so that I can log in?
