Just Installed a New theme, somebody help

    I just change the theme of my blog and I can understand what’s showing me
    beneath the the header please Can somebody help me out? http://www.mysnoringrelief.com I want to edit it(Enter your text here!

    Enter your desired introduction text here or just delete the complete Instruction div if you want me to disappear 🙂 Edit me in header.php)How can I? or where Can I enter?

    man… all I can tell you is cut loose with WP functions… if you break it there are always back-up or fresh downloads… doubt you will though… reason I am saying this? embedded in WP is the admin panel, one of the tabs on the admin panel is for editing themes… though I am not familiar with that theme, I would guess it is one of two things- it is either a widget or embedded into the theme… either way, you can get to it and change it from the admin panel.

    play with it until you figure it out.. go to every tab and goof around with stuff until you figure out how it works. If you break something, there are always these forums to return to!

    Please do you mean I should go to my theme editor and edit it? I dont really understand
