Jumpy links

    Does any one have any idea what is going on with my links, They Seem to be changing the size when you hover over em but i cant find where to fix that.
    Also how can i get rid of the “skip to content” on the top left

    wow, that’s really annoying.

    look for a:hover and remove all the instances of font-size in each definition that includes it.

    Any Idea where i might start to look for these a:hover statements?

    Still pretty new to all this
