Jump list menu

I am looking for a way to set up a jump list menu on a page. The page has 30 products on it so there is a lot of scrolling up and down. I want to have a simple drop down menu on the page like this website…….http://0373493.netsolhost.com/rhch/

I want the links to go to an anchor on the same page. The menu would list all the products on the page and link to each product on the page.
