When I jump ( WPtouch 1.9.7 ) to another page (jump anchor type), after jumping properly … the page refreshes and I lose the correct position. That I can do to prevent refesque page?

Please help !

It sounds as if you’re saying that your in-page navigation is causing the page to refresh. If you’re using anchor tags, you may want to update to using named CSS IDs instead for maximum compatibility.
