    Hello,

    I’m trying to connect Algolia with my new wordpress site but I’m always getting this error (screenshot).

    It used to work on my previous site with the same details. I regenerated the API Keys but it didn’t help. My site is SSL based and the API Keys are all the right one, I double checked.

    What can cause this?

    Impossible for us to say without being able to access and try some things out.

    Do you have debugging turned on and perhaps WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY set to true? I’m wondering if you have output being sent to the browser that’s perhaps invalidating your JSON response data somehow.
