JQuery problem?

    It seems that any plugins who have some kind of “movement” (GPP Shortcode Accordion, Toggle, Testimonials widget, etc) are not working.

    I have tried disabling all plugins. That’s not the problem.

    Anyone have suggestions for troubleshooting?
