JQuery issue on tabs

I have tabs on two different pages on my site. On one page, they’re working just fine. On another, that uses a different page template, the tab titles are not linkable, and the content is all showing on the first tab – see here: http://www.beyondlovely.com/websites-101-video-training/.

I get this error on the page that’s not working: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined

Any idea what’s going on and why it’s happening only on this page?
