    Hi,

So at the moment I’ve disabled the plugin on the website, but basically, we were experiencing an issue where the plugin doesn’t function correctly on the product single page.

What would happen is that I would click on a size option (e.g. Medium) and it will select the option correctly, however if I select another option it will not show that option as selected.

We also get a Javascript Error every time a variation option is selected:

Uncaught TypeError: _.contains is not a function

This error is shown within the frontend-min.js file of this plugin.

Looks like depreciated jQuery but I’m not sure.

Do let me know if you need any additional information.

We’re running latest version of WordPress with Astra theme and Elementor.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Could you please record your issue using a tool like uesloom.com?
and is it working without our plugin?

    Thank You

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.

As you can see in the video below, there is a jQuery issue that links directly to this plugin. Furthermore, you can see that on the front end, when I select an option it gets marked as not in stock when it is clearly in stock.

Please update to our latest version of the swatches plugin.

If it doesn’t work let me know, please disable all plugins except WooCommerce and swatches and check what’s happening there.

    Thank You

    Hi,

    Unfortunately that hasn’t worked.

With and without all plugins activated, the Javascript error remains:

Uncaught TypeError: _.contains is not a function
    at HTMLLIElement.<anonymous> (frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.5:1)
    at Function.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at s.fn.init.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at HTMLUListElement.<anonymous> (frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.5:1)
    at Function.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at s.fn.init.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.5:1)
    at HTMLFormElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at HTMLFormElement.v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at Object.trigger (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)

I’ve had a quick look and the error seems to be pointing to Line 334 in the frontend.js file of this plugin.

    @konstantindbm

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thank you

    Hi again,

As mentioned in my previous reply, I have tested it with and without all plugins enabled, to no avail.

I tested it again today, with everything up to date, and with just it and Woocommerce enabled, no difference.
