Job Post/Submission Templates

Is there a way to predefine job descriptions and then allow, from the front end, a user to activate a job post with a single click?

Here’s the situation.

We’re working with a client that wants to allow his store managers (multiple locations) to turn on and off active job posts. Client also wants to ensure that the job descriptions are consistent across all locations. We’re hoping that instead of creating a new job description each time, a store manager could access a place on the front end and simply check a box that says “Cashier” and then a cashier job post is now active.
