Also, I should mention that this is specifically happening on individual Category pages. We have 2 categories that our jobs are split into. When viewing either of those pages, the sort order doesn’t seem to apply.
Is there a way around this?
I am assuming your talking about the FRONT-END display of jobs ?
Were dealing with legacy code and that’s another area we will have to look into. This is also heavily influenced by how your shortcodes are set-up in the Job List Templates and the Job List Sorting.
What I would highly recommend is adding a better search/sort capability by adding the Ultimate WP Query Search plugin that’s on our recommended page.
W/O a direct link to your site I can’t ascertain for sure what your issue is.
Thanks for the response. I just followed up through your contact form regarding the links to the site.
The Job List Template has been left as default. Is there an ideal configuration for this?
I’ll give the Ultimate WP Query plugin a try as well. Is there a quick way to integrate this with your plugin? I see the search functionality, but I’m looking for a way to solely display the results in a set order.
