Job and Application Page Default without Sidebar

When viewing the actual Job Page (NOT job listing) the page defaults to the 3/4 page with side bar yet does not show the side bar.
Same for application page. I would like to have the same setting at the “job Listing” page with a full page side bar disabled.
Where would I start to make this happen?
