Jigoshop coupon error

    I have recently updated Jigoshop to 1.12.1. I have added coupons for my shoppers. When the coupon code is entered on the cart page, the coupon works fine except I get the following error message on the main cart page.
    Warning: Division by zero in /home/susans16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/classes/jigoshop_cart.class.php on line 578
    If I remove the coupon, the error immediately goes away and everything works.
    Plus, when I try to increase or decrease the product numbers on an item in the cart, it does not update the cart, just spins. If I leave the page and return, the number is updated in the cart.

    Hello,

    Are you using any Jigoshop extensions? Could you post your system info?

    I am using the Jigoshop Basic Bundle Shipping extension. However, when I first spotted the problem I disabled all plugins except Jigoshop to check for conflicts and the error still appeared. Also though the below shows Firefox, I checked the cart in other browsers, Chrome, IE, and Safari and have the same problem.

    Hello,

    We cannot reproduce the problem. Could you please create a temporary administrator account for us and send the login details to support@jigoshop.com? We will also need FTP access to your server.

    I have just realized the developer for my theme has created a custom jigoshop theme. Could this theme be the cause of the error?

    You need to upgrade Jigoshop Premium Shipping. If you bought it at Jigoshop.com, you should be able to download the latest release by logging in to your Jigoshop.com account and going to “My Downloads”. If you have this extension from external source, please contact us at support@jigoshop.com
