I’m having the exact same problem. This seems to be a bug, which needs addressing asap because no one can make payments.
I have Paypal enabled.
I think there’s an error in the payment_methods.php file. The checkout page isn’t loading properly, it stops after the “payment method” title.
When I remove do_action(‘jigoshop_checkout_payment_methods’); from /checkout/index.php the page loads fine, but obviously the payment methods are missing!!

there is 500 error in the checkout.. can you please post error log from the web server?

Your theme overrides payment_methods.php so it isn’t problem with jigoshop. There is an error in your theme, you have to check what is wrong in line 7.

rename /var/www/vhosts/rgactive.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/rgactive/jigoshop/checkout/ to something else and the template will be recreated…
Hi, can’t access the error log with Easyspace as it’s a shared server. They can’t provide an error log. How can I get this working?
