• Hello.
I’m having issues with the Jetpack stats on my blog and I need help.
A friend of mine subscribed to my email list but her name isn’t listed in the stats. I’m not sure she’ll receive my posts in the future.
Why is it? I tend not to trust those site stats anymore.

When someone subscribes via Jetpack, they receive a confirmation email with an activation link. They won’t appear as an active subscriber until that activation link is clicked.

If they don’t recall receiving such an email, ask them to check their spam folder. If it isn’t there either, I recommend asking at http://jetpack.me/contact-support/ so the folks behind Jetpack can help you (make sure that you provider the missing email address too).

She clicked the confirmation email and her email is still not showing in the subscribers list. I tried to disconnect and connect back Jetpack and there is still no sign of her email.

Could this be because I changed my domain name few days ago?
I am now using a different blog title from the one I had a year ago.
my previous domain was burnroomreview.com, now is artismind.net.
    Please help.
