Hi there,
I remerged your stats and followers. Please take a look and let me know if everything looks good on your end.
Thanks!
After the recent update, I’m getting this message when I try to view stats in the WordPress admin dashboard.
“You are not a member of this site.
If you have just installed the WordPress.com Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.
The owner of the API key must visit this site’s stats page to grant access.”
I can see them if I click through to the Jetpack system, but I need them on my admin page, especially details of post readers and clickto and throughs.
@campfiremag Thanks for the report. That issue is most likely a bit different from what @dailydori2 experienced above, though.
Are you the only admin on your site? Were you the one who originally connected your site to your WordPress.com account?
If you’re the only one with access to your site, I would recommend that you try the following:
1. Go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the Connections area.
3. Click the “Manage site connection” link where your site is listed.
4. Click the red Disconnect button.
5. Click on the “Set Up Jetpack” button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.
Let us know how that goes.
Fab! That worked. Thanks for the speed, Jeremy.
Hi, I don’t know if this is the right place for me to address my issue, but I am also having this issue. Can somebody help me?
