Jetpack Site Stats dashboard not loading

    Hi there,

    I am experiencing some trouble with the plugin when I go on the dashboard. The graphs and stats have stopped loading for some reason. I believe we are using the latest version of php. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Chealsie,

    Are you speaking of the stats graph that appears at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard?

    Can you see your stats if you instead go to https://wordpress.com/stats/day/pexhouse.com?

    I can see stats for your site on the WordPress.com end, and the stats graph in WP-Admin is working fine for me on my own sites, so this sounds like something local to you. Check if clearing the browser cache makes any difference, and whether the graph loads if you log in using a different browser.

    Also check if you can see any console errors for that page.

    Hey,

    Thanks for helping. If I go to the stats page I can see it so it’s not that big of a deal if the dashboard isn’t loading. There are a few “failed to load” 500 errors in the console. I tried clearing the browser cache but nothing changed.

    Are you seeing this in JS console? If so can you send a few more details? What failed to load?

    Also, do you have any ad blockers / extensions installed that could be interfering?
