• Hi My site keeps crashing. I keep receiving messages from jetpack yesterday down for 9 hours. and has been receiving
Jetpack Monitor is on the job, keeping tabs on http://www.hauntedexperiences.com. During our last check on Tuesday, September 8, 2:03 pm, we noticed that your site was down.
If you’re concerned about your site’s status, you might want to get in touch with your hosting provider. We’ll continue keeping track, and will let you know when your site is up and running again and the total downtime. Been in touch with host Godaddy and they say it is not them as my other sites not going down. Tried P3 plugin they suggested to test plugins and Jetpack seems to be the biggest user but not slow. They have suggest jetpack is the issue and I should remove and reinstall. is this correct? I am at my wits end as this been happening intermittently for nearly 2 weeks., but getting more frequent in the last couple of days . Help Please

They have suggest jetpack is the issue …

I recommend asking in this plugin’s dedicated support sub-forum for better results. There you will be more likely to find a good answer from its developers/users:

ok I have opened a question on their site . Meantime my word press site keeps going down. How can I check what is causing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction to diagnose what the issue is?

    Well…

You can always go to your updates tab, and click to have wordpress reinstalled. You risk NOTHING, no personal data or files risk to be compromised.
Chances it will fix your problem are small, but it only costs one or two minutes of maintenance mode.

More likely, you can try to see if your blog works well with your plugins deactivated. All of them, or only half of them during half a day, and switch groups for the second half of the day, see what reports come in.

Also, consider adding a caching plugin like wp-supercache, if it is a server load issue then chances are a caching solution will fix your problem.
