Jetpack Shortcode Issue

All of a sudden the shortcode feature in my Jetpack installation stopped functioning properly. Had the theme support guy take a look, and he said it appeared to be missing a javascript file. I tried deleting Jetpack plugin and re-installing, but still not functioning properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
