JetPack – lost stats and subscribers

Jetpack seemed to get itself in a muddle with one of the sites I manage http://www.allthingsic.com and told me to disconnect and reconnect to WordPress.com.

I did this, using the exact same wordpress.com login as previously but now all my stats and subscribers have been lost.

Is there anything I can do about this? I can see from some other posts that some backend changes were able to restore these.
