I’ve unchecked all 3 boxes at “WordPress XML-RPC API” in firewall policies, but I’m still having an issue with Jetpack.
Whenever I click on Jetpack, I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Someone has reported the same issue, since yesterday’s update 3.4. We’are looking at it today.
We have released v3.4.1 which fixes the issue.
