Jetpack – how WordPress.org and WordPress.com sites are linked

Recently I changed the domain name of my wordpress.org site, transferring it back to its original wordpress.com site. I notice that some of the stats are similar when I check them on my wordpress.org Jetpack site stats.

When I moved my wordpress.com site over to .org originally, I moved my subscribers. Now that I am using that wordpress.com site again, can my subscribers that were moved see my new posts in their reader, or are they informed when I have a new post?

If they cannot, is there a way to transfer those subscribers back to the wordpress.com site?

The wordpress.com site is beasone.org; the wordpress.org site is susanbailey.org.
