Jetpack – Disconnect, reconnect issue

Hi,

I had to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to fix an incorrect WP.me Shortlink URL issue and it seems I’ve lost all my site stats and subscribers.

The url is http://www.nonohitters.com/

Can this be fixed?
