jetpack css and customizer css from wordpress

I always used jetpac edit css for my custom features but then i updated the wordpress and jetpack. Do not remember which one first. Now i see the codes in additional css part of appearance or if i click on edit css on jetpack. The issue is I see my changes in the preview mode but it does take effect on site. I have done css analysizer and there are no errors on my codes. Please help and any advise will be appreciated.
