Jetpack Comments Issues

This module isn’t working for me. No one can see a captcha if I have one enabled. I have tried recaptcha and SiCaptcha. If I leave one on, not only won’t it show, but users get forwarded to http://jetpack.me/ and an error messages stating they didn’t enter in a captcha.

As you can see in the image above, I am not able to deactivate the plugin, to try to bypass this.
