Jetpack and normal Subscribers issues

Hi,

My problems are I don’t know if my email subscription is working properly on my site, and where I can find details of all subscribers (they are not all on the Jetpack site stats page). In more detail:

1. I have Jetpack subscribers widget activated in my right side menu. However, a recent test failed. The test email subscriber was not successfully subscribed. Any ideas what could be wrong? The set up all looks fine on the back end.

2. I personally subscribed to my blog previously I think using the jetpack widget, as did my husband. Both of us receive posts by email when I do a new blog post. However, I can’t find my email listed, or my husbands, on the Jetpack subscribers list (featured on Jetpack stats page). Can you suggest what subscriber list if not Jetpack’s I will find my email on and where?
