javascript/jquery issues w/ 3.1.3 upgrade

    Once I upgrade my site to WP 3.1.3 I started having issues with what seems to be events using jQuery/javascript actions in the admin. For instance, when I am looking at my the list of posts I have made, and click the quick edit button, nothing happens. Or when I’m in the widgets section and try to click the down arrow to customize widgets, shoot I can’t even drag and drop a widget over.

    I’ve installed Hot Fix plugin, read a bit about other plugins that cause failure, jquery-color-box etc. But do not have any plugins installed.

    I’ve tried installing hot fix to see if that would clean up any errors, but to no avail. Deactivated it and unistalled.

    Advise? Meanwhile I’m still googling for solutions.
