Javascript Issue? Vote and Results Not Working

Hi there,

We recently discovered there is an issue with the polls plugin with our site. The issue seems to be isolated only to the “vote” and “view results” portions of the plugin, but we don’t know what brought the issue up or how to resolve. Thanks for any help!
