Hi there!
Javascript errors are usually the result of a theme or plugin conflict.
I would suggest that you temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty-Seventeen and see if that resolves the error. If it does, you’ll want to check with your theme developer to see what can be done to clear that up.
If that doesn’t work, next I would suggest deactivating all of your plugins, except for WooCommerce and PayPal Express and then re-activate them, one at a time, until you see which one is creating the error.
If that doesn’t do the trick, you can open a ticket by going to http://www.WooCommerce.com, then click on Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins.. Please make sure to include a temporary Administrator username and password with your message, so that our team can take a look at your site.

Hi @qivant, just dropping a note here incase this issue affects other issues (like myself), it’s likely your WooCommerce template files are out of date and require updating.
Updating my custom WooCommerce template files to the latest WooCommerce release resolved this issue. 🙂
