javascript button not working

I’m converting my html site to wordpress. I have a working form at http://www.manchesterquilters.com/quilt-size-calculator.html.

However, in wordpress http://test.manchesterquilters.com/tools/quilt-size-calculator/ the buttons don’t work.

I think I’ve copied everything from the old site, but maybe there’s something I’ve missed.

The Start again button should clear all the fields. The calculate quilt size button should do a reasonably simple calculation.
