My website is now live: https://datingmojoforwomen.com/contact/

I’m using WPForms Lite with the Astra theme on Hostinger, with LiteSpeed Cache enabled. The Contact page displays a JavaScript-related warning, although the form works and test submissions reach the intended inbox.

During troubleshooting, we checked the form’s appearance and functionality, changed the WPForms styling setting, and purged the cache. SMTP is authenticated, and we adjusted Hostinger’s spam filtering while troubleshooting email receipt. Test emails were received successfully.

The website has since been migrated from staging to the live domain, but the JavaScript warning remains. I’d like to identify its cause and resolve it while preserving the working form.

Could you advise which browser-console errors, WPForms settings, or LiteSpeed settings you need me to provide?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dmfw ,

Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed notes 🙂

I checked your Contact page, and WPForms itself is loading fine, which is why your test submissions are coming through.

The issue is that an optimization setting is removing a couple of small pieces of the form’s code. That’s why the “Please enable JavaScript” message shows even though JavaScript is working.

It’s also why an extra field appears above Comment or Message. That extra field is a hidden anti-spam field, and if a visitor fills it in, their submission will be blocked as spam.

Since you’re using LiteSpeed Cache, please follow our guide on configuring LiteSpeed Cache for WPForms, then purge all cache and check the page again.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @dmfw ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
