The website is currently in “ Staging “ phase.

“The ‘Please enable JavaScript’ warning appears on the published Contact page in a private Safari tab. It does not appear in the WPForms preview or WordPress editor. Updating WPForms, changing form styling, loading assets globally, purging caches, and deactivating LiteSpeed Cache did not remove it.”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dmfw ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I tried to check your Contact page, but right now it’s showing Hostinger’s “Coming Soon” page to logged-out visitors, so I’m unable to see the form or check what’s loading on the page.

Could you please temporarily turn off Coming Soon mode so we can take a look? You can find the setting under Hostinger > Coming Soon mode in your WordPress dashboard, or from the Hostinger item in the admin bar at the top.

The “Please enable JavaScript” message is a notice WPForms displays when its JavaScript isn’t able to run correctly. Since you’re seeing it in a private Safari window but not in the WPForms preview, could you please also check that JavaScript is enabled in Safari and that no content blocker is active in private browsing?

As a quick test, you can also open the page in a private window in another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.

If the warning also appears in other browsers, the WPForms scripts may be getting blocked or delayed on the page. You can follow our guide below for steps to troubleshoot JavaScript issues: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-troubleshoot-javascript-issues-in-wpforms/

Once Coming Soon mode is disabled, please let us know and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi @dmfw ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
