I've created a form but it doesn't send

    Where do I put the send to email address? Mine uses a .graphics suffix could this be an issue?

    How can I receive an email whenever a person submits the form ?

    A: To receive the email notification when someone submits the form.

    Go to Notifications.
    Select a Notification type (In this case select Email).
    Click Add New button.
    Configure your email notification.
