    So some hacker: gboys404

    Has blocked me from entering my site. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’m unable to access the back-end and my email is no longer associated with the account.

    WordPress not having any type of proper support team is super frustrating because I’m unable to access the site at all.

    Any guidance would be helpful.

    Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    I followed the guide. But I can’t log in AT ALL. The hacker changed the email address for the account too so I can’t reset the password and access the backend.

    Sorry for maybe sounding a little harsh here, but you clearly did not follow the guide at all, because there are ton of things which need to be done that don’t involve logging in to the Dashboard. If you would like help then please do what we ask unless you don’t want to resolve this.

    Go to the codex page and follow as many steps as you can.

    Remain calm and carefully follow this guide.
