Unfortunately, iThemes deleted the “Clear Logs” option from the plugin’s settings a while ago.
You can, however, delete table entries using the plugin, Log Cleaner for iThemes Security.

Thanks. It sucks they removed it. It creates so many rows in table.
It is safe to manually empty the itsec_temp table?

Can I ask what does this table contains? What is the itsec_temp table for?

It stores temp data (e.g., 404s, etc.)
You should always backup your database before clearing your DB tables — as reminded by the developer of the plugin, Log Cleaner for iThemes Security.
