Its pro version not working

I have purchased this plugin WooCommerce Partial COD – Payment Gateway Restrictions & Fees but when i tried to download its free version WooCommerce Partial COD – Payment Gateway Restrictions & Fees then it gives error “Something went wrong with the plugin API.” and on paid support nobody is replying so if it does not work kindly refund my money back or assure me that its free version will be available to download.
