One of the core principles we keep discussing with in team is: we should never say anything that isn’t true. We don’t want to lie or exaggerate our features — ever.
We recently updated our Click to Chat pages. Both on WordPress and our website if anywhere we explained something in a way that didn’t match your expectations, please let me know. I’m personally happy to fix or improve it so everything stays clear and transparent. And it will good to everyone.
