You’ve got two different sets of open graph tags being output in the head. You’ll need to get that sorted before you can do an y real troubleshooting.
That might involve not using my plugin, depending on which other plugin is outputting the other open graph tags and how reliant you are on it.
any clue to fix this please ? I disabled all my plugins and looked its same . it was working before .

1) Have only one set of open graph tags output in the head
2) If the thumbnail still doesn’t work on Facebook, use the Facebook debugging tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
