    We’ve been using the plugin for awhile and it’s just not reliable. We’ve involved Imagify support who provided us with additional tools to try and improve reliability but to no avail.

    Imagify only worked for 50-60% of our images which weren’t anything unusual–just png and jpg files.

    Unfortunately, we were unable to find a ticket related to optimization issues under your name in our system.

    Can you please clarify if you received any error messages for the rest of your JPG or PNG images for not being able to be optimized? Have you already tried the following guide:
