Hi there, Nuno!
I’m using this plugin on WordPress version 3.1.3 as well as on the most recent nightly build of 3.2 Beta (3.2-RC1) with no problem.
If you you can provide some detail about the point at where the plugin failed for you, maybe I can help. Or, try using the plugins widget with the default theme (twentyten) to make sure it isn’t a theme related issue. If that doesn’t work, you may want to disable your other plugins and see if that solves the problem. If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time until you discover where the conflict is. Good luck!

Clayton – thanks for the response. Unfortunately I didnt see the message as usually most people use the comments section on our site. appreciate the help though!
If the menu is showing but its in the widget area and not floating the usual problem is either jquery is being loaded again by your theme files or another plugin or there is a javascript error on the page.
Check out our FAQ section which has some info on potential problems
