Sub domain problems

http://www.ldancywebsitedesign.com is a website I built — it was finished. I copied the files and pasted them under a subdomain in order to create a spanish version of the site. I changed the domain names to the new one… in the style.css and wp.config per a tutorial. I installed wordpress under the new subdomain.. made a admin username and shared it with my client so she could make changes.

She went in and started modifying the text for the spanish site. Somehow the english version of the site id being modified through the dashboard and the sub domain spanish.ldancywebsitedesign.com isn’t working.

Although i see in the FTP that each folder (English) and spanish still separately exist. And all the files that are in the Spanish folder are being modified correctly and the english one seems untouched (like it should be).

i thought it was easy enough to just make a copy of the files from the original site …but maybe it’s not that easy.. lol.. HELP!
