• We had a breach on our website and tried the free versions of serveral tools, but none gave us the pinpointed issues. This plugin gave us exactly what we needed, and with great details, and we were able to cleanup our site. The free version is fantastic, and though we haven’t used the paid one, I a sure it will be even more awesome

That’s fantastic to see @muhammadtanweer, and we’re delighted that you were able to clean your site with the assistance of Wordfence.

It’s important for the community to see cases in which Wordfence is helping administrators out of a difficult situation, as well as quietly keeping an eye on day-to-day threats such as malicious access attempts and spotting outdated or vulnerable plugins. Wordfence is designed for defense in depth by giving you a layered approach to security with our range of features, meaning you can employ other products such as server firewalls, CDNs, etc. to compliment the plugin’s WordPress-oriented settings.

We’re proud to say that our free plugin offers many of the features our paid products do, so we believe the entire WordPress community should always have easy access to high quality protection regardless of budget.

Our plugin documentation may be useful for any issues or questions you have about certain features on your journey and our Learning Center is another helpful resource we provide free of charge. We also regularly update our blog with interesting cybersecurity cases, discoveries from our Threat Intelligence team, and tips for staying safe with WordPress.

All the best to you going forward,
    Peter.
