iThemes Security compatible with HTTPS?

Hello, I was have redirect issues, so I uninstalled iThemes and then reinstalled. Redirect loop issues have been resolved but now I constantly get logged out when I go from one page to another. I just added a ssl certificate to my site. If I turn iThemes off I do not have the log out problem. Any suggestions or settings I need to edit to use both iThemes and have an HTTPS site? Thank you!
